Preparing for Frost

With the temperature dropping so suddenly, we need to think of how our crops are going to be able to survive the sporadic weather patterns that continue to spring upon us unexpectedly. So, yesterday we began placing floating row covers over the raised beds to protect them from freezing. A floating row cover is a lightweight fabric used specifically for keeping plants warm. So yeah, we did that.
